Newborn and Family Photo Session Flemington NJ

It was truly a joy to do this newborn and family photo shoot. I was honored to photograph parents Ana and Brian’s wedding as well as their maternity session this past summer. Since Ana is from Brazil and my husband is from Argentina we had a lot to talk about. She is such a sweet person and we connected right from the beginning.

For these newborn pictures, not only were mom, dad, and big brother there, but grandparents and auntie too. Ana’s parents and sisters traveled all the way to New Jersey from Brazil to be there for baby Flora’s birth, and got to stay with the family for over 2 months. What an awesome gift! It was wonderful to meet them.

Flora’s Newborn Photo Session

Little Flora was a dream to photograph! She was a very wakeful baby, but not fussy, so we got to highlight her beautiful eyes. I loved all the setups Ana picked for this newborn and family photo session.

I always meet with my clients prior to their session so they can see examples of albums, wall hangings, keepsake boxes, and other options for displaying and storing their baby pictures. During this meeting they can also pick out items they’d particularly like to use in their newborn images. I always approach a newborn and family photo session with the idea that these images are my clients’ personal artwork. They are yours to hang and display in your home. As a professional photographer, I want my images to reflect my clients’ vision as closely as possible.
