In Studio Family Sessions

This sweet family came to me over Christmas Break for an in studio family session. I love when the dads take the reins and give the gift of photos! Since in NJ we have long, cold, dark, dreary and long (did I say long?) winters, it is a great option to come into the Budding Roses Photography studio to have a session. In studio family sessions are a great gift for any time of the year.

In Studio Sessions

In studio sessions are easy peasy. Parents and I converse prior to your session to discuss what kind of backdrop will be used. I am also very happy to give advice on clothing if need be. We do sessions sitting, standing, in a group, standing alone and on the couch. My main goal for my clients is to give you a variety to choose from.

If you are wanting an in studio session where we don’t have to worry about the elements, contact me! I photograph inside all year long. I love the simplicity of being in the studio with a backdrop, the studio couch and minimal props for clients to choose from. This really allows us to focus on what is important, who is in the pictures.

Who is photographed during an in studio session?

Basically all parties are photographed when we do an in studio photo session. I gently try to encourage all parents to get into at least a photo or two. As a busy parent to four kiddos, I am barely in the pictures we have of our family. That is why it is so important to book a session and be a part of the pictures being taken.
