Indoor studio newborn sessions are my favorite. I offer an array of backdrops in many different textures and colors to suit your needs. In addition to beautiful backdrops, I offer a multitude of props. My prop closet contains wooden bowls, baskets, rustic items, wagons, float rugs and buckets. I also have many different wraps to go with the backdrop you choose. The wraps come in many different colors and I even have some that are textured and floral for those baby girlies. There are also many bonnets in the studio to choose from along with halos or headbands.
During your newborn session, I like to have different set ups. Because a baby is so unpredictable, I set up multiple “stations” to photograph your sweetie pie in. Sometimes a newborn needs to be wrapped for the whole session because life is harder outside the womb and they are still craving that warm close feeling of being in mommy’s belly still. Other times a baby will sleep so soundly I am able to get lots of poses on the bean bag and then move onto a bucket or prop shot. It is a goal to offer all my clients a great gallery of images to choose from. By changing stations throughout your newborn session, I am able to get many different angles and images for your viewing gallery.

Most babies tend to be awake for at least a small portion of their session. Parents always love pictures of their newborn wide awake and so do I. That is when they make the cutest faces and sometimes will smile or yawn during their photoshoot. I love the unpredictability of a newborn baby session.
